πΉ Job Purpose
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading your branch to achieve business goals, enhance customer experience, and drive operational excellence. You will oversee sales, customer service, compliance, risk management, and team development while ensuring financial targets are met.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
π Business Performance:

Drive branch revenue growth and achieve financial targets
β
Identify new business opportunities and optimize cost-efficiency
β
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
π€ Customer Relationship & Service Excellence:

Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries
β
Achieve customer satisfaction ratings and product adoption goals
β
Retain high-value clients and enhance their banking experience
π₯ People Management & Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
β
Drive employee engagement and ensure training programs for staff
β
Oversee recruitment, appraisals, and succession planning
βοΈ Risk & Compliance:
β
Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
β
Conduct audits and manage operational risks
β
Implement fraud prevention measures and uphold security standards
π― Required Qualifications & Experience
β Education:
π HND, Bachelor’s, or Masterβs degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related field
β Experience:
π Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking sector
π At least 3 years in a similar leadership role
π Certifications in Risk Management (ITB or equivalent) will be an advantage
