Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will support the Manager with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage phone calls, schedules, and meetings.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle filing systems, mail, and office supplies.
Arrange travel, process expenses, and run errands.
Draft emails, memos, and meeting minutes.
Assist with project coordination and research.
Requirements
2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred
Knowledge of the ICT/Fintech sector.
