It brings together in its network in Africa, companies, microfinance institutionsand insurance companies.As part of its activities, FOCEP SA is recruiting a Head of Compliance Department.YOUR MISSION.Reporting to the Director of Internal Controller, Risk and Compliance, the Head ofCompliance is responsible for managing risks related to non-compliance. His main activitiesare as follows:– Ensure that all FOCEP SA operations comply with the laws, regulations andstandards in force; – Identify, assess and mitigate non-compliance risks and propose corrective measures ; – Raise staff awareness of compliance policies and best practices; – Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators; – Monitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to microfinance and adapt the institution’s practices accordingly. YOUR PROFILE. You hold a BAC + 3/4 in audit-management control, private law or any other equivalent training diploma. You have at least 03 years of professional experience in compliance management in a financial institution. You have mastery of the use of IT tools, Ms OFFICE software (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, etc.). You have a good command of COBAC regulations, strong writing skills, a sense of communication, a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis. You are proactive, rigorous and have an eye for detail. You have a perfect command of the French language. Mastery of the English language is an asset.
